Tangle/Pattern Cards

For quite some time now I have been
using these Tangle/Pattern Cards
as a way to keep my patterns with me.
They remind me of Paint Chips, so . . .
I call them my Zen Chips!


They are very cool! and extremely useful!

front and back

Whenever I find a new pattern I draw the steps
on the back of the card and then recreate
it on the front. I have a line to write the name of the pattern
and a line to write the designer's name.

    We are just discussing the "pattern-store-and-find-problem" in Germany, so your idea is very interesting.
    Could you add the information what size you find useful and what kind of paper? Do you laminate them?

    Great idea! I have "Tangle Time" in my art room and I use an index card box with index cards that show the tangle and how-to steps. I like your smaller idea for my own personal use.

    I love this idea, I'm going to do some too. it would be a nice gift to give a fellow tangler! you could copy them and laminate for a friend or child.

    So far I like these the best of all the ideas people came up with to keep their tangle collection together.
    Do you sell blank cards like these as well as the cards you drew or printed your tangle patterns on?

    Hi. This is a great idea. Kudos to you for a super design. Like Cookie I am wondering how big they are. I'd like something that I can carry in my purse so I am hoping these are fairly compact. Thanks so much.

    You should sell this. I've been wanting a book that had all the patterns that exist. I know there is a problem with who created what pattern but if that could some how be worked out... it would be a Valuable resource.
